Bedroom with 1 double bed. cooking nook in the kitchen living with fluent cold and warm water, dinette (2 places), electric cooker, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine and electric water jug. bathroom with fluent cold and warm water, shower and WC. Other facilities: telephone. Television available by satellite.

Location: Piran. The modern equipped holiday apartment (renovated in 2009) is located in an apartment house, in the town centre and in has busy location. Parking on the central parking in the town. Shopping 100 m, Restaurant 20 m, Central district 100 m.
In summer: Adriatic Sea 20 m (beach with cliffs and bathing plateaus). Tennis in 4.0 km.

Further information in german: Location: Im Herzen der Perle des slowenischen Istriens, in alter Hafenstadt Piran ist zwischen dem Meeresstrand und dicht besiedeltem Stadtkern befindet sich das Haus mit insgesamt 17 moderne und komfortabel ausgestatteten FerienWohnungen. Vor dem Stadteingang in Piran. Zufahrt zum Be- und Entladen am An- und Abreisetag gestattet.
Location Summer: Strand vor dem Hotel Piran. Fahrradverleih 20 m. Hallenbad 4 km.
