Television and video production requires a combination of technical expertise and creative visual storytelling. This major provides this knowledge through innovative hands-on coursework in producing television, video, and film in various lengths, styles, and forms. These forms include experience in cinematic narratives, episodic television, compelling promotional video, and live broadcasts to ready you to be on-set and have long-term success in the television and video industry.

Computer Requirements:

Television & Video Production majors can check out any video or photo equipment they need directly from the School of Communication, Journalism & Theatre. Majors also have access to our computer labs during open lab hours throughout the week.
