ºÚÁÏÉçÇøis seeking candidates for a full-time Civil Service Office Manager position split between the School of Music and School of English and World Languages. This position will assist the office managers in the School of Music and School of English and World Languages with the management of operations, including communications with students, faculty, and the public; scheduling and related record-keeping; support with special events; and handling of unit budgets. The position is divided between the two units, so adaptability is essential, but the successful candidate will be consulted in determining the division of weekly time between the two units.

The core work hours of this position are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.
Starting Salary/Pay Rate Range
Current starting pay rate for this position is $17.94 with increase to $18.48 effective 07/01/2026
This position is a union position; therefore, provisions of the AFSCME collective bargaining agreement/labor contract apply to the filling of this position, including pay rate.
